The trio presents a repertoire consisting of original songs and rearranged standards. A transfer between listener and performer, that catapults the evening in a journey of discovery of the microparticles of the music.
Considered among the best new talent of Italian jazz and improvised music scene, Piero Bittolo Bon is a fundamentally self-taught multi-instrumentalist. Despite its preferred instrument is the alto sax, from very personal sound, but in which we can recognize the influences of Eric Dolphy, Ornette, Tim Berne and Henry Threadgill, he is also dedicated to the baritone sax, bass clarinet and alto and flute. Sometimes even he embraces his old bass guitar, which he played in various bands funk, rock and reggae, before deciding to focus on wind instruments and improvised music
